How We Bring Your Ideas to Life: Our 4-Step Process

Step 1

Share Your Vision (The Inquiry)

It all starts with your idea. Use our contact form or product uploader to send us your design files (PNG, AI, or PDF) and tell us what you need. Whether it’s 100 meters of DTF transfers, a set of engraved leather patches, or a single custom mug, just let us know the quantity and the material. Our Tip: Don't worry if you aren't a pro—just send us what you have, and we’ll take it from there!

Step 2

The Expert Review (We Get to Work)

Once we receive your inquiry, our team of experts jumps into action. We don't just "hit print." We perform a complimentary technical check on your files for resolution, transparency, and line thickness. We then provide you with a clear, transparent quote and a digital mockup if necessary, so you can see exactly what you’re getting.

Step 3

The Green Light (Your Approval)

This is where the magic happens. Once you review our quote and mockup, you give us the "Yes!" With your approval and payment, your project moves directly into our production queue. We calibrate our industrial lasers and printers specifically for your order to ensure the colors are vivid and the lines are razor-sharp.

Step 4

Quality Check & Delivery (Done!)

We don't ship anything we wouldn't wear or use ourselves. Every item undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure the bond is perfect and the finish is flawless. Then, we pack your order securely and ship it out. Within 24–48 hours, your professional-grade products are at your door, ready to impress.

Questions and answers

FAQ

What is DTF printing and why is it better than other methods?

DTF (Direct to Film) is a cutting-edge technology where designs are printed onto a specialized film and then heat-transferred onto fabric. Unlike traditional screen printing or vinyl, DTF allows for full-color, high-resolution designs with incredible detail, better stretchability, and no need for expensive setup or "weeding."

Which fabrics can I apply DTF transfers to?

One of the biggest advantages of DTF is its versatility. Our transfers can be applied to almost any type of textile, including:

  • 100% Cotton and Organic Cotton
  • Polyester and Spandex
  • Blends (Polycotton)
  • Nylon, Leather, and Denim
  • Canvas and non-woven fabrics (bags, caps, etc.)

How durable is the print? Will it crack or fade?

Our prints are engineered for longevity. When applied correctly with a heat press, the designs are extremely durable and elastic. They move with the garment and are tested to withstand 50+ industrial washes without cracking, peeling, or losing their vibrant color.

What are the requirements for my design files?

To ensure the highest quality print, please provide your files in the following format:

  • Format: PNG (with transparent background), AI, PDF, or EPS.
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for crisp details.
  • Color Profile: CMYK is preferred for color accuracy.
  • Note: We do not recommend using designs with semi-transparent edges or "glow" effects for DTF.

What are the recommended washing and care instructions?

To keep your prints looking brand new for years, we recommend:

  • Wash the garment inside out in cold or lukewarm water (up to 40°C).
  • Avoid using bleach or very aggressive detergents.
  • Do not iron directly over the print (iron on the reverse side).
  • Hang dry or use a low-heat tumble dry setting.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We support businesses of all sizes! There is no minimum order for our services. Whether you need a single custom transfer for a gift or a 100-meter roll for your clothing brand, we provide the same professional-grade quality for every order.
